Radue "Zulu" Shakur
President, Historian, Scholarship Chair
He was born in Scotland County North Carolina and attended the Maxton District School System. After graduating high school he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, 1st. MARDIV Infantry division, Camp Pendleton California. Just to name a few of his many missions while in the Marine Corps, his tours of duty included Southwest Asia, Southeast Asia, Saragosa Spain, Iraq and Okinawa Japan. After serving his tours and receiving multiple medals and accomplishments, Radue received an honorable discharge and began his readjustment to life as a civilian. His educational background includes Robeson Technical Community College (Lumberton, North Carolina) and Guilford Technical Community College, (Greensboro North Carolina)where he received his Associates Degree in Applied Science in Electrical/Electronics Technology and also Strayer University (Cary, North Carolina) where he received his Bachelors Degree in Information Systems. Radue has always had a love for motorcycles and was able to expand on that when he joined the Wilmington Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club in 2013. Since that time he has been a dedicated member and has held the offices of Club Historian, Scholarship Chairperson, Secretary, Vice President, and currently serving as the President.

Willie "Deuce" Hutchinson
Vice President
Deuce was born and raised in Stamford, CT. He proudly served in the US Army for 26 years. Upon his retirement, he relocated to the Wilmington area with his wife. Deuce is employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is the proud father to 4 adults and recently became a grandfather. He is a true New England Patriots and Boston Celtics Fan.

Bigg EE was born in Barbados. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY. After 26 year, he retired from the US Army.

Kori "High Maintenance" Hutchinson
Secretary
High Maintenance is originally from Bridgeport, CT. She relocated to the Wilmington area with her husband Deuce. She recently graduated with her MBA in Supply Chain Management from UNCP. High Maintenance enjoys watching football, traveling, and reading. She recently became a Nana.
